Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy
- Expenses: Shipping costs and any tax, custom, fee or other cost or expense, foreseeable or unforeseeable, shall be borne solely by the client. If you wish the Product to be insured and/or delivered by any other way other than standard courier service, you must indicate so and pay any applicable additional charges. You must pay any taxes, customs, and fees incurred with respect to your order.
- Processing your order may take up to 7 days.
- Estimated delivery times are:
- Israel, 7 days from release of order.
- USA & Canada, 7 days from the release of order. FOB, Andover, Massachusetts.
- Europe, except the UK, 7 days from the release of order. FOB, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- The United Kingdom, 7 days from the release of product, FOB, Edinburgh, UK.
- For other countries, 30 days from the release of order.
- A Product will be deemed delivered to the client, a designated location, delivery point or representative of the client, including a member of the family, or any other person or authority entitled to receive the respective Product. We use third-party couriers to deliver orders, and we are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions including lost or delayed orders. Orders are sent out through regular shipping. If you wish to have them sent with insurance coverage or through express delivery, email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing to receive a quotation.
- If delivery has been documented in proximity to the occurrence, we will deny a claim for fault unless you provide equivalent documentation. Therefore, to avoid inconvenience we suggest you document any Product immediately upon receipt.
- Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
- You may cancel your order up to five days after placing your order provided the product has not been shipped.
- Please note, we only accept returns of unused, undamaged Products, with original packaging, tags, and marks intact. Missing accessories, damaged or negligently packaged Products will not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item to point of origin.
- Picking up the package from places where there is no distribution to and from private residences, is the customer’s responsibility only. If the customer did not pick up the delivery, and the shipment is sent back, a refund can be made after deducting the shipping charges.
- Once your package has arrived, you should open and examine it to make sure that the Products meet your order. If you wish to return a Product inform us as soon as possible and avoid removing the tags, altering, or washing the Product or its packaging.
- You may return an unused Product, undamaged and in its original packing, within 7 days of delivery. You may not return any Product after 7 days from the day of delivery.
- As per Section 5 above, you may not cancel your order if the order has already shipped or when the Product is returned damaged. If delivery has been documented in proximity to the occurrence, we will deny a claim for fault unless you provide equivalent documentation. Therefore, to avoid inconvenience we suggest you document any Product immediately upon receipt. We do not accept refund requests based on cause.
- Return orders require a Return Goods Number (RGA). To process your return and refund your order, we require a receipt or equivalent proof of purchase. Contact us at email@example.com for RGA and the return address. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Our Returns Policy allows cancellation up to 14 days as of the date of receipt.

- Any Product not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery, will not be returned or refunded.
- Once your return goods are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours.
COUPONS & DISCOUNTS
You may only use one coupon code per purchase. Coupons must be issued by ViriMASK Ltd.
- The ship-to address MUST be accurate and complete.
- The responsibility to fill the shipping and contracting details is the customer’s responsibility only.
- Once an order is shipped, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address.
- If there is not enough space to fill out your full address, send urgently an email to email@example.com and ask to update the address and/or details of the shipping address.
- Any lack of information and/or inaccuracy in the shipping details may result in the shipment not arriving at the destination and/or delays in delivery of the package and even returning it to the sender or its destruction by the local post office.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, we will not be able to guarantee delivery of the shipment at the aforementioned time and/or delivery of the package, and the customer may be charged the shipping costs.
